Eyes on the Mountain will resume patient care on May 4th!
For everyone’s safety we are limiting our schedule to minimize traffic in the office and have implemented additional cleaning, disinfecting, and personal protection practices.
We ask that you assist us in maintaining a safe environment by adhering to the following guidelines:
1. If you are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms please do not enter the office.
2. If you have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 please do not enter the office.
3. Please call to schedule all visits to the clinic including examinations, glasses purchasing and for the dispensing of contact lenses and glasses.
4. Please bring no more than one guardian or caregiver with you for your appointment.
5. Please come prepared with your own mask to not only protect yourself but others around you.
